On April 26, at the “2025 Corporate Digital Innovation Development Conference”, China Shenhua was honored with two awards for our outstanding achievements in digital transformation. The “China Shenhua Digital Governance Across Three Domains, Setting a New Benchmark for Listed Company Governance” project from the Science and Information Department and the “Building a New Enterprise Think Tank System Based on the 3+4 Model” initiative from China Shenhua Board Office were both included in the list of “2024 Innovative Development Cases of Building a Leading Enterprise in Digital and Intelligent Transformation”.

Focusing on data governance within the scope of China Shenhua’s property rights, the project “China Shenhua Digital Governance Across Three Domains, Setting a New Benchmark for Listed Company Governance” establishes a sustainable management mechanism for the digital governance system across management support, business development and strategic operations, achieving centralized management and efficient utilization of structured data.

The project “Building a New Enterprise Think Tank System Based on the 3+4 Model” integrates internal and external information resources through a “3+4 model” to develop an efficient and intelligent think tank system for the enterprise, not only enhancing the standardization, diversification and integration levels of the report generation system but also strengthening corporate management capabilities for intellectual assets and unstructured data.

These two cases showcase China Shenhua’s innovative practices in listed company data governance and enterprise think tank construction, setting new benchmarks for the industry.
