To comply with regulatory requirements, enhance shareholders’ confidence, and spread corporate value, China Shenhua successfully launched the “Strong Resilience + High Return” 2025 Spring Investors Roadshow during April 2-16 in Shenzhen, Beijing and Shanghai. During the roadshow, with “ multiple-parties conferences + targeted visits”, we engaged face-to-face meetings with 300 shareholders, potential investors and analysts, to share our performance results, discuss industry trends, gather shareholders’ suggestions and build market consensus.
 
The multiple-parties conferences received positive responses and wide participation from investors with effective and full communication. China Shenhua provided detailed answers to investors’ concerns, including performance results, investment plans, market outlook and dividend returns. The shareholders at present fully acknowledged China Shenhua’s achievements and agreed our future development plan.

During the roadshow, China Shenhua also conducted targeted visits to 16 long-term and patient capital partners, including CRHC Investment, reinforcing positive interactions with our shareholders.

In 2024, China Shenhua was committed to the efficient operation of the “coal, electricity, transportation, and chemical” integrated industrial chain, accomplishing our main objectives with success and realizing the net profit attributable to shareholders of the Company of RMB 58.7 billion, demonstrating strong performance resilience. Furthermore, we uphold the “shareholder-first” value philosophy by maintaining the year-end dividend amount, increasing the dividend ratio, and raising the minimum annual dividend commitment in 2025-2027, sharing the fruits of our development with investors, which has received full recognition from our shareholders.
