Recently, the 2025 China Enterprise Credit Development Forum & the 16th Integrity and Charity Gala, hosted by the China Enterprise Reform and Development Society and the China Cooperative Trade Enterprises Association, was convened in Beijing. During the event, the annual results of enterprise credit evaluations and the list of the “Top 500 Credit Listed Companies in China” were announced. China Shenhua was granted the AAA Credit Enterprise and was included in the Top 500 Credit Listed Companies in China, with its outstanding credit management, prominent economic contributions, and achievements in ESG practices, thus further highlighting China Shenhua’s overall capability in high-quality development.

Focusing on core indicators including “integrity in business, economic contribution, ESG practices, and social benefit”, the evaluation process provided a comprehensive assessment of the enterprise’s performance, including compliance governance, brand credibility, and sustainable development, and conducted rigorous evaluations of the strategic leadership and social responsibility of leaders. China Shenhua has consistently prioritized the development of a credit system as a core strategic component and carried out measures including improving enterprise governance structure, strengthening compliance and internal control mechanisms, deepening ESG management practices, and optimizing transparency in information disclosure, to fulfill our social responsibilities. China Shenhua has continuously enhanced the credit value to inject new impetus into the high-quality development of the industry.
